Before You Book

A few things to know so there are no surprises:

  • Cancellations & rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $150 fee and count as a used session. If I ever need to cancel, you'll get a reschedule or credit at no charge.

  • Session expiration: Coaching sessions expire 3 weeks (21 days) after purchase or after your previous session, whichever is later. Need more time? Just ask before the expiration date.

  • Refunds: Unused sessions are refundable on a pro-rated basis. Pay in full and stop partway through? You're refunded for the sessions you didn't use. On a payment plan? You're only charged for sessions you've used. Anything else is refunded.

  • Payment plans: Available on most packages. Selecting one authorizes recurring charges on the schedule shown at checkout until you pay in full.

  • Scope: I provide behavior-analytic coaching, assessment, and IEP/BIP review. I'm not a medical provider, and conuslting/coaching is not psychotherapy. IEP/BIP reviews are a written professional review only. I don't act as an advocate or attend IEP meetings. This isn't a crisis service; if you're in immediate danger, call 911, call or text 988, or use community-based alternatives

Need a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)?

For parents/caregivers seeking an FBA for their child, or adults seeking a better understanding of the factors that impact their behavior. This assessment comes with a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) that provides an understanding of your behavior, what drives the behavior, and what strategies to use before, during, and after the targeted behavior occurs.

  • Done virtually (with exceptions)

  • Includes: caregiver interview, record review, live virtual observation, and recorded video analysis

  • We figure out what's driving the behavior

  • You get a clear, readable FBA report (no jargon salad)

  • A BIP that focuses on support and skill-building, not compliance or control

  • One follow-up consultation to walk through the BIP and make sure it works for your life
