Cancellations & rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged a $150 fee and count as a used session. If I need to cancel, you'll receive a reschedule or credit at no charge.

Session expiration: Coaching sessions expire 3 weeks (21 days) after purchase or after your previous session, whichever is later. Sessions that expire unused are forfeited. Contact me before the expiration date if you need an extension.

Refunds: Unused sessions are refundable on a pro-rated basis. If you pay in full and stop partway through, you're refunded for the sessions you didn't use. If you're on a payment plan, you're charged only for sessions you've used — any amount collected beyond that is refunded, and remaining payments for unused sessions are cancelled. Assessment packages, IEP/BIP reviews, and custom trackers are pro-rated based on the stage of work completed, and are not refundable once the deliverable has been delivered. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Payment plans: By selecting a payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the schedule shown above until the full amount is paid. If a scheduled payment fails, Services may be paused until the balance is current.

Scope of services: I provide behavior-analytic coaching, assessment, and IEP/BIP review. I am not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching is not psychotherapy. IEP/BIP reviews are a written professional review only. I do not act as an advocate or attend IEP meetings.
